The host, Xavier, was absolutely delightful and made our arrival smooth and stress-free. He even organized parking for our two cars, which was a huge help. The house itself had a lovely, homely feel with cozy rugs, pictures, and cushions. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the tea, coffee, and biscuits. Our two little dogs were warmly welcomed, which was a major plus for us. The location, just under a mile from Brighton Centre, was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house design was unique and interesting. We also loved the thoughtful touches like the welcome bottle of wine and locally produced cake. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.
One minor drawback was the trek to the top floor where the only bathroom was located. It would have been more convenient to have a second bathroom on a lower floor.

The terrace was perfect for people watching and sipping cocktails. The kitchen had everything I needed, including a stovetop for my gourmet cooking. Oh, and I had a great time fishing. next to the holiday home, of course.
They were so considerate that I couldn't find anything to complain about. How disappointing!

We had a fantastic weekend at this beach house. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, even leaving us a bottle of wine and a delicious local cake. The house itself was beautifully designed and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and takeaways. We also appreciated the little extras like tea, coffee, and toiletries provided.
That there was only one bathroom, which was on the upper floor. It was a bit of a trek to get there, especially for the guests with limited mobility.
